Application for development approval - Industry General (Workshop & Washdown Bay), Ancillary Office And Paved Hardstand - Lot 200 Edison Circuit, Forrestdale

The City has received an application for the abovementioned proposal, which involves the following:

1. Workshop, washdown bay, ancillary office and paved hardstand area for earthmoving equipment hire, sales and maintenance;

2. Concrete tilt panel building (3,470m2) and paved / concrete hardstand (11,652m2),

3. Two heavy vehicle crossovers and one light vehicle crossover;

4. Landscaping and Carparking;

As an adjoining or nearby landowner, the proposal has been referred to you for comment. Should you wish to make comment please complete the attached submission form and return it to this office no later than 4 April 2025.

Further details are available for viewing at the City’s Administration Building between the hours of 8:15am and 4:45pm Monday to Friday. Submissions can be submitted to info@armadale.wa.gov.au.
