Application for Development Approval - Two Grouped Dwellings, Lot: 19 D/P: 8920, No.62 Little John Road Armadale
The City has received an application for the abovementioned proposal. The subject site has a split zoning of R15/25. The applicant proposes to up code from R15 to R25. Given that the abutting properties have a base zoning of R15, the following Residential Design Code (R-Codes) variations are proposed as follows:
Proposed building up to the south-east lot boundary with a wall length of 5.9m and a height of 2.8m, in lieu of a 1m setback; and
Proposed building up to the north-west lot boundary with a wall length of 21m and a height of 2.9m, in lieu of a 1m setback.
The applicant has lodged the following documents as part of the proposal:
Site Plan;
Floor Plan; and
Elevations.
As an adjoining or nearby landowner, the proposal has been referred to you for comment. Should you wish to make comment please complete the attached submission form and return it to this office no later than 27 March 2025.
