In accordance with Clause 64(1) of the Planning and Development (Local Planning Scheme) Regulations 2015, the City is undertaking community consultation as part of its assessment of the above application.
The proposal includes, among other works:
Construction of retaining walls and associated fill along portions of the site to facilitate site levelling, drainage and access.
The retaining walls are proposed to a maximum height of approximately 1.0 metre and are set back 1.0 metre from the boundary, in accordance with the provisions of the Residential Design Codes (R-Codes).
As an adjoining or nearby landowner, the proposal has been referred to you for comment. Should you wish to make comment please complete the attached submission form and return it to this office no later than 17 February 2026.
