Application for Development Approval - Three Grouped Dwellings - Lot 16, No. 7 Wungong Road, Armadale

The City has received an application for the above mentioned proposal, which involves the following variations to the Deemed to Comply (DTC) provisions of State Planning Policy 7.3 Residential Design Codes, Volume 1 (R-Codes):

  1. Site fill and retaining walls in excess of 0.5m above natural surface level (retaining walls will be up to approx. 0.6m above natural surface level);

As an adjoining or nearby landowner, the proposal has been referred to you for comment. Should you wish to make comment please complete the attached submission form and return it to this office no later than 24 August 2023.

Further details are available for viewing at the City’s Administration Building between the hours of 8:15am and 4:45pm Monday to Friday.
