Development Application - JDAP - 17 Multiple Dwellings - Lot 159 - 21 Abbey Road Armadale
The City has received an application for the abovementioned proposal to be determined by the Metro East Joint Development Assessment Panel, which involves the following:
Construction of a two and three storey mix apartment building plus undercroft car parking area (including 17 car parking spaces);
17 Multiple Dwellings (apartments) of 1 and 2 bedrooms designed for participants in the National Disability Insurance Scheme;
Landscaping and a vehicle entry point onto Abbey Road.
The following variations are sought:
Draft Activity Centre Structure Plan for the Armadale Strategic Metropolitan Centre:
3.5m setback to the northern boundary in lieu of 4m for the ground floor
3m setback to the northern boundary in lieu of 4m for the first and second floor
8.3m front setback in lieu of 4m maximum
5.1m rear setback in lieu of 6m
14 car parking bays for residents in lieu of 15
3 visitor car parking bays in lieu of 4
5 bicycle spaces in lieu of 10
