Development Application - Community Purpose - Patient Transfer Facility (St John Ambulance) - No.6 (Lot 15) Mountain View Kelmscott - 10.2023.33.1
The City has received an application for the abovementioned proposal, which involves the following:
Four operational Patient Transfer vehicles based at the facility;
Staff vehicle parking;
The facility will operate between 7am to 10pm every day with staff shift times varying across this time period;
Patient Transfer vehicles will leave at the start of each shift and return at the end of the shift for changeover of staff;
Patient Transfer vehicles do not respond to emergency calls;
All vehicles enter via existing Turner Place (St John Ambulance Station) entry, with only vehicles exiting onto Mountain View
As an adjoining or nearby landowner, the proposal has been referred to you for comment. Should you wish to make comment please complete the online submission form or email info@armadale.wa.gov.au no later than 3 May 2023.
