The City has received an application for the change of use of a single storey dwelling to a Unhosted Short term Rental Accommodation, which involves the following:
The number of guests proposed to stay at any one time is eight (8) guests.
The check-in time is at 3 pm and check-out time is 10 am.
A minimum of two (2) night stay is proposed at any one time.
Five (5) guest parking is proposed within the site.
Management and operational details are provided to support the application.
As an adjoining or nearby landowner, the proposal has been referred to you for comment. Should you wish to make comment please complete the attached submission form and return it to this office no later than: 19 May 2026.
