Development Application - Additions to Existing Child Care Premises - Lot 119 - 2 Featherflower Entrance Piara Waters


The City has received an application for the abovementioned proposal to modify the original Development Approval (10.2022.142.1) with the following updates:

  1. Removal of the existing onsite sales office to repurpose the area for childcare use.

  2. An additional 35 placements, increasing the total capacity from 74 to 109 children.

  3. An additional 5 staff members, bringing the total number of staff on-site to 19.

  4. Modifications to the existing landscaping and updated signage for the premises.

  5. Proposed Operating hours - Monday to Friday 6:30am – 6:30pm
