Development Application - Additions to Existing Child Care Premises - Lot 119 - 2 Featherflower Entrance Piara Waters
The City has received an application for the abovementioned proposal to modify the original Development Approval (10.2022.142.1) with the following updates:
Removal of the existing onsite sales office to repurpose the area for childcare use.
An additional 35 placements, increasing the total capacity from 74 to 109 children.
An additional 5 staff members, bringing the total number of staff on-site to 19.
Modifications to the existing landscaping and updated signage for the premises.
Proposed Operating hours - Monday to Friday 6:30am – 6:30pm
