Development Application - Outbuilding and Development Envelope Modification: Lot 107, No.6 Misty Valley View Roleystone

The City has received an application which involves an Outbuilding and Development Envelope Modification at the above mentioned property. The proposal includes the following:

  • Variations to Town Planning Scheme No.4:
    1. Total building coverage of the lot is proposed as 597m2 in lieu of 500m2;
    2. Development envelope modification surrounding existing residence with 15m setbacks to southern and eastern boundaries, and
    3. Satellite envelope (10x14m) encompassing outbuilding (12.2x8m) with a setback of 3m from southern boundary.

As an adjoining or nearby landowner, the proposal has been referred to you for comment. Should you wish to make comment please complete the online submission form and submit no later than 19 February 2024.
