Application For Development Approval - JDAP - 11 Multiple Dwellings - Lot 101, No. 10 Thomas Street, Armadale
The City has received an application for the abovementioned proposal, which involves the following:
Construction of a four storey apartment building plus basement car parking area (including 12 car parking spaces);
Eleven Multiple Dwellings (apartments) designed for participants in the National Disability Insurance Scheme;
Landscaping and a vehicle entry point onto Thomas Street.
The applicant has provided the following technical reports in support of the application:

Waste Management Plan
Geotechnical Report
As an adjoining or nearby landowner, the proposal has been referred to you for comment. Further details are available for viewing (from 15 December 2023) at the City’s Administration Building between the hours of 8:15am and 4:45pm Monday to Friday.
