The City has received an application for the abovementioned proposal, which involves the following variation to minimum development standards in the City’s Town Planning Scheme No.4:
A proposed patio (173m2) attached to the existing dwelling at the rear and side. Southern side boundary setback for the patio is proposed as 13.5m (the Scheme requirement is 15m).
Further details are available for viewing at the City’s Administration Building between the hours of 8:15am and 4:45pm Monday to Friday. Submissions can be submitted to info@armadale.wa.gov.au.
