Application for Development Approval - Industry general (metallurgical testing facility) - Lot 1, No. 45 Owen Road, Kelmscott

The City has received an application for the above mentioned proposal, which involves the following:

1. Construction of a processing equipment plant for the purpose of metallurgical testing (ancillary to the existing facilities on an adjoining property);

2. Maximum height of processing plant is 11.2 metres;

3. 10 car parking spaces and landscaping;

As an adjoining or nearby landowner, the proposal has been referred to you for comment. Should you wish to make comment please complete the attached submission form and return it to this office no later than 5 March 2025.

Further details are available for viewing at the City’s Administration Building between the hours of 8:15am and 4:45pm Monday to Friday. Submissions can be submitted to info@armadale.wa.gov.au.
