Development Application - Service Station / Fast Food Outlet / Motor Vehicle Repair & Motor Vehicle Wash - Lot 1 (No. 261) South Western Highway Armadale

The City has received an application for the abovementioned proposal which involves the following:

  1. Service Station which includes a convenience store and fuel canopy.

  2. Fast Food Outlet café with a dine-in area and a drive-through lane.

  3. Motor Vehicle Repair with a vehicle servicing and repair workshop.

  4. Motor vehicle Wash which has automatic and manual wash bays, vacuum stations, and a dog wash.

  5. Vehicle primary entry and exit access via Dickens Place with an exit only onto South Western Highway. All vehicle queuing for the drive-through and car wash is proposed within the site.

  6. The development includes shared parking, landscaping, and a pylon sign adjacent to the highway, with operational activities primarily contained within buildings.
