The City has received an application for the abovementioned proposal, which involves the following variations to the City’s Town Planning Scheme No.4 (TPS4):
Proposed side setback of 14.7 metres (TPS4 requires 15 metre setbacks from all lot boundaries);
As an adjoining or nearby landowner, the proposal has been referred to you for comment. Should you wish to make comment please complete the attached submission form and return it to this office no later than 29 March 2024.
