As part of the City’s continued commitment to improve community health and wellbeing, the City’s Community Health and Wellbeing Officer will be undertaking consultation for the development of a Healthy Food and Drink policy. Endorsed and supported by Council, the requirement to develop this policy is included in the Community Health and Wellbeing Plan 2021 – 2024 as the following action statement.

11.1.1.5: Develop a healthy catering policy to increase access and availability of healthy food and drink options and choices for City meetings, venues, events and community activities.

  • Rewards, incentives, gifts, prizes and giveaways offered to staff, guest speakers and visitors by CoA
