Application for Development Approval - Family Day Care - Lot 22, No. 193 Monticello Parkway, Piara Waters
The City has received an application for the abovementioned proposal, which involves the following:
Change of use to Family Day Care (note the Family Day Care has been operating under a time limited approval and is now seeking a permanent approval);
Maximum of seven (7) children at any one time;
Proposed hours of operation are Mon to Fri, 7.00am to 6.00pm;
Two car bays are available on the driveway for use by customers during drop off and pick up of children.
As an adjoining or nearby landowner, the proposal has been referred to you for comment. Should you wish to make comment please complete the attached submission form and return it to this office no later than 9 April 2026.
Further details are available for viewing at the City’s Administration Building between the hours of 8.15am and 4.45pm Monday to Friday. Submissions can be submitted to info@armadale.wa.gov.au.
