The City has received an application for the abovementioned proposal, which involves the following:
A Rural Home Business for a small-scale chick hatchery contained within the existing outbuilding (99.6m2).
The proposal is accessible only to the public by appointment and operates on the following days/times:
Monday - 10:00 - 16:00
Wednesday - 10:00 - 16:00
Thursday - 12:00 - 16:00
Friday - 10:00 - 16:00
Saturday - 10:00 - 14:00
Sunday - 10:00 - 13:00
The expected visitors are not to exceed 5 persons at any one time. (Average 0-3 customers per weekday booking, weekends average persons per booking 0-5).
Parking is proposed to be contained on site within the private boundary and not visible from the street.
