Amendment No. 123 - City of Armadale Town Planning Scheme No. 4. Proposed Rezoning of Lot 100, No. 9 Foster Road Kelmscott
I refer to the above amendment which Council resolved to initiate at its meeting held on 27 June 2022.
The proposal entails the extension of Additional Use Schedule No. 32 under Town Planning Scheme No. 4 to include Lot 100 (No. 9) Foster Road to allow an additional Medical Centre use and to amend the Additional Use No.32 text to allow up to ten (10) consulting rooms in a Medical Centre in lieu of the current maximum of six (6). Presently Additional Use Schedule No. 32 applies to Lot 101, No. 3 Foster Road, where a Medical Centre is already located.
