Application for Development Approval - Amended Plans - Two Grouped Dwellings Lot: 79 D/P: 14755, No. 75 Townley Street Armadale

In accordance with Clause 64(1) of the Planning and Development (Local Planning Scheme) Regulations 2015, the City is undertaking community consultation as part of its assessment of the above application.

The amendments include:

  1. Increase in the length of the southern boundary wall from 7.1 metres to 9 metres (height remains 2.48 metres).

  2. Minor internal layout changes.

  3. Addition of one side window to Bedroom 1.

As an adjoining or nearby landowner, the proposal has been referred to you for comment. Should you wish to make comment please complete the attached submission form and return it to this office no later than 13 March 2026.
