    1. Clause 61(l)(q): Proposed variations to the natural ground level of more than 0.5m, that being 0.6-1.05m to achieve the proposed final floor levels of Units 2, 3 and 4, and

  2. Residential Design Codes
    1. Clause 1.1.1: The outdoor living area for Unit 4 is proposed as 33.5m2 in lieu of 35m2.
