Application for Development Approval - Change of Use from School Cafeteria to Restaurant - 540 Nicholson Road FORRESTDALE

The City has received an application which involves a Change of Use from a School Cafeteria to a Restaurant at the above mentioned property. The proposal includes:

  • Relocating the School Cafeteria from an existing internal location to an external location
  • Servicing staff and students of the existing Educational Establishment to include the general public
  • Maximum of 50 patrons
  • Hours of operation: Monday – Sunday: 7:00am to 3:00pm

The application is supported by the following consultant reports:

  • Bushfire Management Plan (prepared by Linfire Consultancy and dated 2 October 2023) - BAL-19

As an adjoining or nearby landowner, the proposal has been referred to you for comment. Should you wish to make comment please complete the attached submission form and return it to this office no later than 29 July 2024.
