The City has received an application which involves six (6) short term holiday accommodation units at the above mentioned property. The proposal includes:

• Six (6) x short term holiday accommodation units (each unit is 70m² and composed of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen and living area);
• 1 x 45kL water tank dedicated for firefighting purposes;
• Associated infrastructure for the holiday units, including:
  1. 1 x 100kL water tank for water supply
  2. Additional crossover
  3. Parking provisions
  4. Septic system

No trees are proposed for removal to accommodate the holiday units and associated infrastructure.
