Application For Development Approval - Change of Use - 3 Massell Way, Brookdale
The City has received an application which involves a Family Day Care at the above mentioned property. The proposal includes:
- care for a maximum of 7 children at any one time
- operate from 7:30am to 5:30pm from Monday to Friday
- outdoor play area is proposed north-west of the dwelling
Daily routine:

| 12:15 pm | Rest/sleep/quiet time |
| 02:30 pm | Afternoon tea time. |
| 03:00 pm | Dancing/singing/physical activity |
| 03:30 pm | Book reading/group time |
| 04:00 pm - 05:30 pm | Pick up time, late snack. |
