The City has received an application for the abovementioned proposal, which involves the following variations:
To the City’s Town Planning Scheme No.4, proposing cut and fill greater than 0.5m for retaining walls, to a maximum of 2.9m.
To the Residential Design Codes Volume 1, proposing nil setbacks for the retaining walls to the eastern and western boundaries, in lieu of 2.5m setbacks for site works or retaining that is more than 2.5m high.
