Application for development approval - Change Of Use To Office In Mezzanine Space - Lot 848, No. 2 Hensbrook Loop, Forrestdale

The City has received an application for the abovementioned proposal, which involves the following:

  • A change of use from mezzanine storage areas to Office (510m2 NLA);
  • Mezzanine area is serviced by six (6) separate staircases;
  • Proposal will generate technical requirement for sixteen (16) car parking spaces;

As an adjoining or nearby landowner, the proposal has been referred to you for comment. Should you wish to make comment please complete the attached submission form and return it to this office no later than 3 April 2025.

Further details are available for viewing at the City’s Administration Building between the hours of 8:15am and 4:45pm Monday to Friday. Submissions can be submitted to info@armadale.wa.gov.au.
