Application for Development Approval - Retaining Walls - 14 Parker Avenue MOUNT NASURA
The City has received an application which involves a telecommunications facility at the above mentioned property. The applicant proposes the following:
Limestone block and post and panel retaining wall to replace existing retaining along the car park associated with the existing Place of Worship, with cut and fill greater than 500mm required:
Maximum dimensions: Bottom of wall: 15.45; top of wall 16.70: 1.25m maximum depth.
The applicant has lodged the following documents as part of the proposal:
