Application for Development Approval - Amendment to Approved JDAP - 10 Thomas Street Armadale
The City has received an application which involves an amendment to the approved JDAP at the above mentioned property.
The applicant proposes the following:
Repositioning the boundary parapet wall on the eastern boundary (shared with Lot 100) to 19m (in lieu of the approved 6.5m street setback);
Reduce this parapet wall length from 6.5m to 4.8m; and
Maintain parapet height to approximately 3.0m.
As an adjoining or nearby landowner, the proposal has been referred to you for comment. Should you wish to make comment please complete the attached submission form and return it to this office no later than 11 October 2024.
